DIRECTIONS

our mission:

To lead you to
understand the Bible
& become fully devoted
to Jesus.

Each Sunday we preach Jesus and recenter our lives on Him. Our Sundays emphasize family togetherness during our gatherings where everyone, including children, experience the same church service. This includes praising God through music, hearing the Word of God preached, and engaging in prayer and communion. We have a special time for our children called "Treasure Seekers" which takes place right after worship.

What to Expect

Our Sunday church services last approximately 90 minutes and are designed for the whole family to worship together. The order of service is as follows:

Worship
& Communion

Treasure Seekers
Kid's Adventure

Treasure Seekers

At Living Waters Fellowship, all children are 'Treasure Seekers' on a journey to discover the riches found in God's Word. Each Sunday, our Treasure Seekers engage in fun, interactive Bible Lessons at Treasure Seeker Island, earn gems to cash in at the Treasure Chest, and follow their Treasure Map of Scripture memorization in order to gain levels and discover special prizes. Treasure Seekers is for all children through age 12.

Core Values We Uphold

1. Biblical Faithfulness

We desire to understand the whole counsel of God's Word — every verse.

2 Timothy 3:16, Acts 20:27-28

2. Expositional Teaching

We preach out of the Bible, not into it.

2 Timothy 2:15, Nehemiah 8:8, 1 Timothy 4:13, Titus 1:9

3. Gospel-Centered Ministry

We are not the answer — Jesus is. We want everyone to know Him!

John 14:6, Acts 4:12, 2 Corinthians 4:2, Galatians 2:20

4. Redefined by Jesus

We are made new in Jesus. Our old life is behind us — it's gone by grace!

2 Corinthians 5:17, Romans 12:2,, Colossians 3:1-3

5. Simplicity Takes Courage

In order to do more, we do less. We keep ministry focused.

Acts 2:46, 2 Corinthians 11:3, 2 Timothy 2:4, Philippians 3:13-14

6. Presentation, Not Perspiration

We aim for loving devotion to Christ — not strife or busyness.

Romans 12:1-2, Luke 10:41-42, Matthew 11:28-30

7. Kill the Machine

We are a family — brothers and sisters — not an organization.

Romans 12:4-5, 1 Corinthians 12:26-27, 1 Peter 3:8, Acts 4:32

8. Family Reformation

We enjoy having families worship and learn together, not separately. We prioritize proclaiming the gospel in our homes and embrace family life as powerful culture for discipleship.

Deuteronomy 6:6-7, Psalm 78:4, Ephesians 6:4, Joel 1:3

9. Revival Through Understanding

We believe true revival happens when God's Word is proclaimed and understood as Christ taught in the parable of the sower.

Matthew 13:25, Nehemiah 8:8-12

10. People are our mission. Jesus is our message.

We love all people, and therefore seek to proclaim the gospel in our city, to our nation and around the world.

Matthew 28:19-20, Acts 1:8, 2 Timothy 2:2, Colossians 1:28

Location & Parking

Living Waters Fellowship meets at Morning Star Christian School located at 19741 Baker Court in Bend, OR. There is a plenty of parking lot available.

What will the kids be doing?

At Living Waters Fellowship, instead of a segregated children's ministry, we have a special time called 'Treasure Seekers.' All children are on a journey to discover the riches found in God's Word.

We provide activity sheets and art supplies for children during the sermon, and if your kids need to release some energy, we have a Treasure Seekers Cave set up at the back of the sanctuary full of quiet activities. What a joy to have children among us!

You can learn more about the Treasure Seekers ministry by clicking here.

Will an offering be taken?

We do not take a formal offering during our services. All giving is done via online here or there is a Giving Box placed in the back on Sundays for those with physical offerings.

Do you have a midweek Service?

Yes... and no. We do not have a formal midweek service, but we do host what we call "Koininia Dinners" which takes place on Thursday Nights at Pastor Greg's home. Koininia Dinners are themed potlucks followed by a biblical study. Click here to learn more about Koininia Dinners.

What Do you Believe?

Perhaps the most important question of all. You can read our statement of faith by clicking here.

What Denomination are you?

Living Waters Fellowship is a Calvary Chapel, planted out of Calvary Chapel Centralia located in Centralia, WA. The Calvary Chapel Movement is non-denominational and known for its casual atmosphere, its emphasis on teaching the Bible verse by verse, and its church planting efforts across the world. Living Waters Fellowship builds on this philosophy of ministry.
